Celebrate 2026 Early Bird Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This competition is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  2. Entry is only open to businesses and other organisations that are registered and operating in Australia and that hold, or create during the Promotional Period, a True Rewards, Rewards Come True, account with the Promoter, and that add funds to their float with the Promoter during the Promotional Period (each an “Entrant”). Entries must be submitted by an individual aged 18 years or over who is authorised to act on behalf of the Entrant. Both new and existing clients of the Promoter are eligible to enter.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and of agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  4. The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on 14/09/26 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 09/10/26 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. To be eligible to enter, an Entrant must undertake steps (a) to (c) below during the Promotional Period, and step (d) by the time stated in that step (together, a “Qualifying Float Payment”):
    • Create an account with True Rewards, Rewards Come True or iGoDirect or hold an existing account with the Promoter;
    • Place a physical card order or  add funds to their float with a value of at least $500 (including GST);
    • Have payment for that order processed by 11:59pm AEDT on 09/10/26; and
    • Ensure that cleared funds are received into the Promoter’s nominated account by 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 16/10/26
  6. Funds that are not received and cleared into the Promoter’s nominated account by 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 16/10/26 will not constitute a Qualifying Float Payment and any associated entry will be invalid, regardless of the date on which payment was initiated.
  7. Each Entrant who makes a Qualifying Float Payment of at least $500 (including GST) or more will receive one (1) entry into the draw. The maximum number of entries permitted per Entrant is one (1), regardless of the number or value of float top-ups made during the Promotional Period.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, business registration and place of business) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  9. Entrants must retain a copy of their remittance advice or payment confirmation for each Qualifying Float Payment as proof of payment. Failure to produce proof of payment when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an Entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to the Prize.
  10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
  11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
  12. The draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 20/10/26 at 425 Smith Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  13. One (1) prize is available to be won. The prize is a $500 (including GST) credit applied to the winner’s iGo account (“Prize”). The total prize pool is $500 (including GST).
  14. The Prize will be credited to the winner’s iGo account within ten (10) business days of the winner being verified by the Promoter. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the winner’s iGo account, including any expiry, minimum order and redemption terms applying to float funds. The winner must hold an active iGo account at the time the Prize is credited.
  15. The winner will be notified by email to the email address provided at registration within two (2) business days of the draw.
  16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. If, for any reason, the winner does not claim or redeem the Prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize will be forfeited. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not hold an active iGo account within three (3) months of the draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 11:00am AEDT on 20/01/27 at the same place as the original draw, and any unclaimed prize winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of that draw.
  18. If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
  19. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
  20. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or suspend, substitute or modify the Prize.
  21. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their business name, trading name, logo and the name, likeness, image and/or voice of their authorised representative in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products or services supplied by the Promoter.
  22. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
  23. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
  24. Entrants are responsible for any tax implications arising from their participation in this competition and receipt of the Prize. Entrants should seek their own independent financial and taxation advice. The Promoter is not liable for any tax liability incurred by an Entrant or the winner.
  25. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
  26. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or payment that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any delay in the clearing of funds by a financial institution; (e) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant; or (g) use of the Prize.
  27. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at Privacy Policy - iGoDirect Group - Rewards | Payments | Promotions. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By participating in the competition Entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
  28. The Promoter is iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd (ABN 17 110 897 320) of 425 Smith Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065 (“Promoter”).
